Yes, this vendor is reliable. I was a first time buyer and would have missed out on the extras that actually made my doll so much more enjoyable, I would have been missing out, but the attentive folks at the cs team caught it and reached out to me. Hands down best customer service ever! She is so close to the real thing in bed! As close as it gets anyways. At first I was a disappointed at how short she was, but her fantastic bust, shapely legs and rear, and overall posable body made me forget about that quickly.
