Hands down best customer service ever! She is so close to the real thing in bed! As close as it gets anyways. At first I was a disappointed at how short she was, but her fantastic bust, shapely legs and rear, and overall posable body made me forget about that quickly.

The wig is just awesome. I don’t need to explain how amazing it is with the full body heating system but I will say it has a major impact on the feel of the doll.
